An amalgamation of the words CONIFer and EXcellence, Conifex Timber Inc. is . is a publicly traded softwood lumber company (“CFF”) operating in the Northern Interior region of British Columbia. Their primary business is the manufacture of structural grade SPF dimension lumber. Our operations are conducted in a sustainable, safe and environmentally sound manner and they include timber harvesting, reforestation, sawmilling and lumber finishing.

Conifex is currently operating two mills, located in Fort St. James and Mackenzie, respectively with total annual production of approximately 600 million board feet.

Welco is the exclusive distributor of all Conifex products worldwide responsible for sales, marketing and logistics. This unique marketing partnership allows Welco to align both the customer and mill needs together to produce higher returns for both.
